    a code has been send to your email. check your mail and enter the code in the field below so ive been check email and not there for code email...

    It's been 2 days since the issue of buying balens and not receiving them and I STILL cannot submit a ticket. I click the button and it says "please wait" .... no pop up.

    Still nothing. Submitting a ticket still does not work for me.

    If you are having issue submitting a ticket please try to change your browser. There has been reports that players using Explorer or Edge browsers are unable to send in tickets. Please use Chrome, Opera or another browser if you have the same issues. Thank you.

    It is possible that you have not added an email address to your Portal account. If you are using Facebook you will need to link your Facebook account to your portal account by using the same email address from your Facebook account and creating a 101XP Portal account. Once you have created that account it may be necessary to resubmit a ticket.

    After logging into 101XP Portal, select Account.

    You will then be taken to your account page. From there chose Messages.

    If your ticket was submitted successfully it will be listed there. Once you have your ticket number please add it here. Thank you.

    ya it is sent to dragon blood support but they are just slow with fixing stuff sadly :(
