    I am really angry and dissatisfied with the support and help received. The first day during the qualifying preliminaries I sent my first ticket stating that after the second round, I could no longer make my bet, and that I did not receive the points for winning that round. And here I put the ticket sent and the reply received.

    Really i dont know if i will can get that screenshoots today, but think support should have access at this kind of information, just see the movements done in ULTIMATE BATTLE. I will try but i dont understand why support doesnt view that information.

    As you can see, it seems that my problem was solved by sending a compensation to all players of 20,000 points. Thank you in my name and that of all the players, I am sure that some were very happy with this compensation, others like me for example, sincerely, I did not feel or feel compensated for the loss I had.

    Well I was also told that if the problem persisted I would contact them again, and that I had to do again, because when the bets were opened again my screen was still blocked and I could not make any bets, so I sent another ticket with the incident and with a picture of how my screen was right at the time when the bets were opened.

    As you can see the ticket was sent 21 hours ago, so the semifinal and the final had not started even remotely.

    i am in the final and again no points for battle, hope that will have a solution, and no compensation for all players as you reply the last issue in UB. when finish the battle the rewards were 60000 point plus im not sure some about 12000 but i didnt get anything, ty so much

    Dear player, the screenshot shows the video files for the round are available http://prntscr.com/kzak4g which means the round is over. You cannot put bets after the fights.

    From all this I think the summary is that I have qualified as the winner of the first ULTIMATE BATTLE, but I have lost my chance to bet, I lost points, and hours of sleep and money. I find the treatment received on your part and the response received indignant, it no longer has a name or possible classification. I would like that someone responsible could take action on the matter because I do not think this is the answer I should have received.

    the first ticket was closed with you send 20000 point at all players, good for that, but where are my lost points since second preliminar battle. in the second ticket the answer was, the time for bet was over. I sent this ticket yesterday just when you opened the bet, and all the people was doing their bets but for me was impossible to do, and where are the points lost in semifinal?

    my pic was a pic taken when i couldnt do my bet with the same previous image since the day before, just talk with miki and meta both know perfectly what happened
    and again, dont need my bet, but what happen with the lost points?

    Dear player, the amount of points to compensate had been discussed with the developers and it will not be reconsidered.     Does Andranik's dad own 101xp or something? He's the worst customer support guy to get comparable to an insurance claims adjustor. I would be fired from my job if I acted like him.

    I have been expecting for someone to post their interaction with support here for a while. In most cases and always with the support person mentioned, the interaction is POOR at best. I have posted to this forum in the past about how our tickets are handled and my posts were removed. Do support people think our money is a joke? I know it is a game but it is not Monopoly money that is used when we recharge. Greet our support tickets as eagerly as you accept our money. Please, figure out a better way of customer service. The game cant afford to lose Vicki and the people who will follow her on the way out and neither can 101.

    How does compensating everyone make up for one players lost rewards? The player who did not get their rewards is still at a loss and everyone else is ahead.

    hello again, I can only say one more thing about it, I do not understand the answers given, because I'm sure I know that the subject of a development position of a system or game or simply say computer, that can see the movements made in any account. Let's not forget that they do that when they investigate an account that has been used by another player and has been banned for that reason. You can see perfectly the points that I received throughout the event and the actions that have happened or I have made with those points, can see if after claiming my bets in the second battle of preliminaries I have not done that action again because my screen in that aspect is frozen. Just as they investigate some things they should investigate others. Please do not talk to me about fair play when from the thinking head of this is not acted in the same way. Remember that they have done actions on players for using accounts that were not theirs and that ignore those same actions in other players, Who knows why they are doing that? Fair play has to be the same in every way and with everyone equally. I am not asking for an impossible, this asking for a reality that can be analyzed and investigated if they wish to do so. Someone a few days ago I threatened by skipe that could make me hate this game, I do not know if this will have any relationship but it is curious that this is happening precisely in this stage of the game. Nothing more to contribute except to say that I have always played cleanly, I have never claimed what is not mine and that I have never encouraged or contributed to conflicts because I was never educated in that way.     Well....hey 101...you are tools. Problem is you are not sharp and all your handles are broken.

    Funny how the first place player in UB can have less points than most of the other players yet you say there is no problem and compensation has been issued.

    Funny also how a certain someone else complains about some title not in game and he is GIVEN fashion which no one else has access to. Your hypocrisy is astounding.

    Well this event has proven not only can you not tell time properly, you don't even know how to count unless a bank is doing it!!

    Just come out and admit you are trying to kill this game off but don't have the balls to just pull the plug yourselves.

    I have no clue, to be honest how they still stay in the market with this terrible customer service in all games. I will repeat myself - 101 is not the responsible company and we are just 16 digits card numbers. If they lose too many paying customers they just close the game and open the new one to get more money. This is the business model. R.I.P to our money.
