First or not first you should ensure all players will get compensation we have had them too many problems and this is really annoying. I will do everything that is my hands to get for us maximum compensation
I would suggest that you create a ticket for support then. If you have a screenshot of the rubies you purchased during the tournament, include that. I know they are sending them, several people on our server have received them already. It might be that they are doing them by server number.
I cant send ticket when i try always comes message error, never any problems for them to take money from my bank though,I am so mad that i wasted money on this event
If I were in this situation I'd be sending PM to one of the mods to assist me. If you do, let us know how that works out.
Of course I have gotten nothing as of yet.
I put a ticket in and was told "soon"...and when I stated that "soon" came and went 3 days ago, they replied with "We have sent you your rubies" and sure enough, a miracle had happened - they'd sent me my rubies. No rewards yet though.
The problem is they had enough time to setup a Tournament. They sure should have had it in place to have this done right away.
As someone said before they should have made it when you recharged for tournament it should have posted to both accounts.
This is not rocket science.
I would say based off of the big party thrown that there was maybe just over 100 players in it.
That should only take 1-2 days max to pull the data for who spent what.
They should give everyone and extra reward for waiting longer than 3 days. I would say 10-20% of total rubies should be given.
Sadly all the carry on trying to get what we have paid for and the "extra" rewards as promised has completely ruined this event for most people now I would doubt many of us would go through this shambolic creation again.
They need to get it into their heads that WE are PAYING CUSTOMERS and a far better service is expected and required !!

maybe its time to find a new game this one is surely pissing me off i cant send a ticket or get help from anywhere only people who try and help are other players
So many skill books wasted. with no use.. and sell them was outrageous... for buying just rubies... i think in my main was enough...!!
People on my server got their recharge rubies back. I guess it is an ongoing process. I am sure you will get yours as well. The name change should not count, but the ID. And they have it, since you were able to play on the tournament server.

Got rubies, but take we'll have to wait for the rewards and the stuff we bought - which if I am correct we would get as well.
I think the rubies are coming via SNAIL in game email.
When you go to submit the ticket the window with the drop down is going off screen. If you have a touch screen make the screen smaller. If using a browser find you ZOOM in and OUT.
If using chrome it should be on the top bar right side that has and up arrow. Click that and you should be able to click the + or - marking.
Not only that Raven.. all good stuffs like a skill books and more.. we should have in our main account..totally wasted
In most cases you would have gotten them just doing a recharge. So the rewards really do SUCK in that regard.
The REWARD for 101xp will be the lose of more players because it showed how much fun it is when the server has people on it.
My guess will be that they will have to merge down to 4-6 main servers to get the populations boosted. It seems the past month there has been an exodus in mass and more coming soon.
