Tickets for Lottery Code in BF Event

    Hello!
    If you have spent recharge balens during this event then you should have been allotted lottery codes which no one is able to claim. We need tickets for this mishap so all players may receive due compensation. Tickets should include your roleid and a SS of the amount you have spent which is shown in the lottery. [​IMG]
    To include your roleid please right click on your game and hit the copy roleid from the menu.

    As this event is still active please update the amount you have spent until it is fixed please.
    If you have any questions concerning how to place tickets there are actually quite a few options. Option 1 is to hit support at the top of the game screen.

    Once you are there, there will be options for FAQs. Any of the options are suitable for the next step.

    Scroll to the bottom of the page and just say NO and the ticket screen shall appear.

    If a direct ticket is not working, you may email support directly at support@101xp.zendesk.com The email should include your Server, Game Name along with the SSs and roleid.

    You may also message directly using the same criteria for the email

    so if you send ticket in do you need to upgrade your screen shot if you spend more balens

    Click the Copy Role ID and paste into the ticket. You may also send me ticket id and role id and I can list your name as well. :)

    We got compensation but only 10 by ticket, normaly we also can get 100 by ticket.
    pfff.

    the system is wrong....because it only started accumulating a couple of days in...it hasn't sent the lowest possible reward for the codes for first couple of days

    I didnt recieve 10 percent either I received only 600 for the 160 tickets I had

    You will have to screen shot and resubmit a ticket and let them know exactly how much you spent so that they can make adjustme ts if they need to
