    So they fail now and they going to delete all characters again and start from zero... I spend 4 hours already and what now???

    We are really sorry but server needs to be closed for +-30 minutes and all chars will be wiped out.
    Rubies bought will be transferred to new chars after server will be back up.

    I want to hear from devs what is going to happen with players who played 4 hours already? Can we expect additional compensation because this is not our fault? I already managed to spend 60 GBP

    If they compensate you for the 4 hours spent playing, then they need to compensate us for the 4 hours when we missed out. Otherwise, the unfair advantage you got caused by their incompetence still stands and we'll be forced to lose before we even had a chance to play. All have been greatly inconvenienced with this latest screw up.

    My opinion at the end of the event it should be to everyone 3000 gift rubies send an additional gift for all this inconvenience

    I think ALL who signed up for the tournament, whether they got to play yet or not, should be compensated for this error on the part of 101xp. Show us that we are valued as your customer, please.

    Hehe, I would like that, but I think very unlikely. I don't get the feeling that there will be much in the way of compensation for anyone... just clean slate and even playing field. As LL1 said, we've all been inconvenienced... whether playing on the new server or being up for hours trying to sort out how to get onto it.
    Don't get me wrong though, I hope they do value us enough to give us something for time wasted.

    If we won`t get decent compensation for failures like this - my all 101 games career will be over and I will find something else to play

    I spent 4 hours working on the new char for this tournament only to have all my progress reset and I know many were unable to even get access to the server so there should be a compensation for everyone participating in the tournament.

    I must agree, if compensation, then for everyone signed up.
    Will see what we will be able to do in this case. Don't lose faith!

    event now gonna last longer after reset or we get 6h less to try complete all tasks ?

    Sadly that wouldn't help anyone. They need to be correctly linked to your main character to transfer the rewards to the character that you want. I myself am very frustrated as well, and I'm pretty patient. Dealing with customer support all night was not the night of gaming that I had envisioned...
