Solved - Recharge Issue / Problem

    Hello,
    I have been trying to Recharge my account since early early Sunday Morning (April 28th) I
    already added $ 5.00 to my wallet and it shows that they took the money out of my account and
    it shows I have $ 7.01 in my Steam Wallet, I am trying to recharge the 400 Rubies for $ 5.99.
    It now has been 3 days and I still have nothing. I've already contacted Steam Support and went
    thru their steps, but all to no avail, and also sent an email to Dragon Glory but have not
    received any type of answer from them. I do have the emails from Paypal confirming they took
    the money out and Steam showing the money was applied to my account. I have cleared my Flash
    Player cache and temporary files and deleted my cookies, restarted the game and rebooted my
    computer, BUT, it still will not give me my Recharge Rubies.

    HERE ARE THE SCREENSHOT STEPS I HAVE TAKEN:

    DG1 - Clicked on Recharge
    DG2 - Clicked on Buy 400 Recharge Rubies for $ 5.99
    DG3 - Clicked on Authorize payment for $ 5.00
    DG4 - Goes straight back to Recharge Screen

    Steam Wallet shows $ 7.01 in it

    EM1 - Email from Steam showing payment
    EM2 - Email Receipt from Paypal
    SW1 - Steam Purchase History showing both the $ 5.00 payment this morning and my Wallet Balance of $ 7.01.
    OL1 - Shows Overlay is working

    Now on Day 6, and I still cannot complete my recharge transaction from Sunday (Apr 28th).

    Have you had a chance to check with Support to find out why I still cannot get my recharge rubies from my last recharge on Sun, Apr 28th ??

    we also have a member in our server who uses steam and is having issue with it Could it be related in some way

    No word yet on when the issue with recharging on Steam gonna be fixed?

    Any funds on steam wallet cannot be used in-game.
    Players have to make a purchse in-game and not put funds into steam wallet.



    I hade try again to PM, as well i went into your server.

    That makes no sense to me, I have always recharged in game and my money has always gone into my Steam Wallet..

    It might be a difference between adding to your steam wallet 1st then trying to recharge vs clicking Recharge from inside the game?

    Hello Rhoan,
    I always Recharge in game, never in Steam, that's why this makes me very very mad, never had this problem before and now it has been over 2 weeks and this is still not resolved.

    Also, if I were to switch my account to 101XP platform (ALLY asked me if I wanted to move my account to 101XP), will I get to keep my current character or will I have to create a new character (if I have to create new one, then NO, I will not move my account)? Will the balance in my steam wallet transfer also or will I lose it?

    You just have to create an 101XP account, then loging into the server Nr you play and let it to lev 1. From here i will contact Support to transfer all your data to Platform. NO, your Steam Wallet wont folow to Platform but only your in game experience. Your Steam Wallet will remain there, you can use it to buy other games or whatever for Steam but not for 101xp Platform.

    I just went into my server S101.Glyph and it won't let me use Arian?
