Server 24: Gremlin

    Ok so the past few weeks there was major lag and many many disconnects. Just when I think that was fixed comes today. Over an hour ago I was disconnected from the game. I have not been able to log into this server since. I get to where all the icons are there but the playing map is black. I have been able to log into other servers with no problems whatsoever. Caches, etc. all emptied. Router has been rebooted also. Still the same. What is wrong with this server?

    Could you take a screen shot and make a support ticket so we can see what the issue is and be better able to assist you please.

    5 hours later and still being worked on. Anyone else have this issue?

    We have no reports of anyone else having this issue. Can you please provide your support ticket number from your support report that you sent in screenshots so that we can have your ticket pulled and looked at?

    Also, because no one else is having this issue, and I know you said you cleared all caches, but have you tried the following steps? Its worth a try while we wait for support.



    1. Delete all Flash Player browsing data
    Click Start > Control Panel. (You may have to switch from Category view to Small Icons so you can see the Flash Player option in Control Panel)

    Double-click Flash Player.
    In the Flash Player Settings Manager, click Advanced.

    Under Browsing Data and Settings, click Delete All.


    2. Remove Flash Player cache
    On your computer, select Start > Run. (On Windows 7, click Start and type in Search Programs and Files.)

    Type %appdata%\Adobe and click OK.


    Delete the Flash Player folder.
    Repeat step 1 and type %appdata%\Macromedia.

    Delete the Flash Player folder.

    3. Disable Flash Player hardware acceleration
    Right-click the Flash Player version box provided above.

    Click Settings.
    In the Display tab, deselect Enable Hardware Acceleration if it is selected.


    4. Increase the storage limit for a specific website
    Do this step only if you have issues with a specific website.

    Go to the Flash Player Storage Settings page. This page lets you change the storage settings for websites that you’ve visited.
    From the list of visited websites, select the website with which you have issues.
    Our game is on dken-entry.101xp.com you can add it, if it is not already listed.

    Move the slider to 10 MB.

    ID:52553 Well I've done as suggested above. Now all I have is a blue honeycomb screen when I click on the game. That is in FireFox and Internet Explorer. Now what? It can't get any worse now.

    They had a technical problem and I am back in the game.
