Request for Compensation

    As you will know, we were hit by two outages recently:
    • non-functional Question and Answer, on May 4 and 5
    • bugged Cross Server Team Tournament Finals

    Concerning QnA, we are talking "only" about rewards we did not get. Needless to say, I believe we should receive those rewards. To faciliate stuff, I suggest everybody gets rank 5 rewards for the preliminary. Concerning Finals, just assume the winners are as last time. If you do not have this data, also give everybody rank 5 rewards.

    CSTT is another story. Many players, including myself, spent rubies to buy additional attempts. These rubies are lost. In addition, we did not receive any rewards. This is a more serious situation. If you have the data how much each player spent, I respectfully request a refund of all rubies spent. If you don't, I suggest you dish out 500 rubies to each player. On top, of course, again rewards to every player as if the team had scored rank 5.

    I am aware that this "rank 5" and "500 ruby" will leave some players short and be generous for others. I am open for any other, more balanced solutions. And of course, please add your comments.

    I may add that Q&A was glitched and CSTT failiure was probably caused by the recent server crash. But still a decent compensation would be in order and Adam's proposition is ok with me!

    and nothing. nothing but silence. Rewards we obviously paid for, and earned, and were promised by 101xp. Can they even do anything? Are they capable, do they even care?

    Compensation for the rewards not recieved, and rubies spend, in the two events, would be nice.
    CSTT: I spend rubies to help my team qualify in the top 32, and we were matched up against a team we could have beat, so we would have ended up atleast in top 16.
    Q&A: I qualified 2nd on satturday, and 1st on sunday, in common knowledge category, and I usually make top 5 in the finals, but they didnt happen on our server, nor did we get the rewards for qualification.
    CSTT was equal for all, it broke for all, yet there are no compensation for the top 32 teams, this is not ok.
    Q&A was only broken for some servers, yet other servers got rewards, and was able to compete in the finals, putting the people on the servers, that did not get to compete, at a disadvantage.
    Although I would lke to be recieve the rewards I am due I would settle for a reward shared by all who qualfied in the two events.
    Hope there will be a resolve of these issues sooner rather than later. Thanks.

    I hope the Cross Server Team Tournament will be settled soon as well.

    You call that compensation? we was screwed out of both days of qualifying rewards.... then come to find out the entire game (even none effected servers) got the same "compensation" as we did.

    That is true, our server didn't have any problems with QA afaik and I got compensation, even I didn't join that event.

    Compensation is not few sapphires and EXP stones (for what, lol). It should be better and only for people on affected servers. Not nothing for everyone. They lost opportunity to participate or even win, so why shouldn't they get something more... Just sad thing is that this decision is not made by mods, so we all can do nothing at all.
    But still I hope devs will reconsider this "sorry" for their lazyness. It's like spit to players faces.

    I raise a ticket and they answered me 3 days ago that they looking into compensation but again if they send that to everyone will be not fair...Most of us want to support the game but...Hold on where is a community manager if still exist? Before was poor mad moxx - with poor customer service and without any idea how to solve the issues.
