Recharge Rewards

    Is there anyone else playing thru FB that doesn't`t get gold portion rewards from recharging?
    Maybe I have a glitch!!

    Well i dont play Thru FB . but i use to play.
    some time we get it late Rewards,
    Hope you get it asap!

    Can you be more specific about which type of Gold Portion reward you were expecting to get? Also please provide your nickname and server and if possible a screenshot. Thank you.

    MAY be he received already . when i use to play strom riders thru fb i faced same issue*

    I get all other rewards when I recharge, but I never get the gold. Is it a FB issue?

    Did you receive the other rewards after opening your VIP 5 Chest? Also those having issue accessing the ticket button please ensure you do not have pop ups blocked.

    yes i recive all but not the gold , i sent a tiket ...

    but I know that is not going to solve anything :)

    Marabiagi, Just to clarify, you paid 1795 recharge balens to open that VIP Special Gift Pack in your bag? Or did you get VIP 5 today? The Special Gift Pack you are showing as part of your rewards for reaching VIP 5 goes into your inventory bag. In order to get any of the items inside the chest as you show in your screenshot, including the gold, you will have to pay balens to open that chest. You would have also received 1795 reward balens, but I see that your balen balance is zero. Can you please check very closely inside your bag to see if that VIP 5 Special Gift Pack is still hiding in there somewhere?

    Yes i paid ,
    and no is not ''still hiding in there,, .... :) i open the Ghift pack an i recived ,lv 6 rune,magic stone,mount up stone and lvl 3 minerals but no gold ^_^

    ok, I see, that's definitely not good....Please post the issue in this forum https://forum-en.101xp.com/threads/issues-with-resources-or-items.1303/#post-6066 and include all info that thread shows that you need. Make sure you include your ticket number from support. This way our admin can go pull your ticket and see what our support personnel have done with it. They need the info nice and neat like this


    • Your server and nickname;
    • Date and time of loss;
    • The number of items and the exact name of the game (if possible, a screenshot of the subject);
    • Detailed description of the situation.
