no they have not actively fixed it in weeks maybe months
If they really want to give a compensation that fulfill all players expectation this is the best
A) VIP players
1. 1000 balens for every hour crashed
2. 500 bound balens for every hour crashed
non VIP players
1. 500 balens for every hour crashed
2. 250 bound balens for every hour crashed
We Mods will do our best to try get good comp for this im so sorry it happening all over agian all i can say is we have let IT know they are trying to fix the problem

Just give me my money back already. Game has been broken since the first "maintenance" and yet the owners, devs whatever don't think its important to inform the staff beforehand or during about anything. I don't understand why all the other 101 games are open right now and yet DB keeps crashing and no one knows why or better yet, even cares.

guys we are trying to get this fixed in a timely manner please bear with us as we are doing the best we can. we know this is frustrating for you all and we understand but please keep calm and it will be fixed as soon as it can be
Reset time and still no game. They may as well set us up with weekly recharge balens so we can spend them on anything we want.
they are aware of the situation cookie and as far as compensation i can not tell you what it will be but i am sure we can work something out to make all players happy
Being aware of the situation and fixing it are 2 different things. Clearly, they dont know how to fix it as it has been a weekly thing.
why doesn't anyone from DB or 101 other than their "proxy MODs" ever answer any of the posts or gripes? a management response would go a long way with players(customers)to calm and reassure the angry mob. Estimated down times, repair updates, etc would keep people from speculating and jumping right to the "they don't care" and they only care about $$ and would make them feel like they have some value.
as a member of the moderators team i give my deepest apologies to you and all the players for this situation. again we as moderators have no control of the game we just inform the IT and the devs so I wish i could give you more of an answer than what i have given you but i can not. when i find out what is going on i will let you all know the minute i find out. again sorry for the inconvenience.

I can't get into the game either ... Is it still down? I tried to clear the cache. Any idea how much longer?
If they are wanting players to quit so they can shut the game down they are clearly headed in the right direction. Fix nothing and give now real answers. This is no reflection on the MODS this is clearly the Devs.
