Innocent until proven guilty!

    I got a 3 day mute and i sent a ticket to ask the reason. They refuse to tell me why i was muted for 3 days. They state they do not proof anything.

    Even killers are innocent until proven guilty!

    So i state I'm innocent until proven guilty en want to know the exact reason why i got muted and i am entitled to that since i apparently did something wrong but they won't tell me what.

    All i want is the exact reason i got muted, no more no less.

    All i want to know is the exact reason since i have no clue what the peeeep i did that's worth a 3 day mute.

    They state to not do it again to prevent future mute. I would need to know what i did for that first to prevent it in the future.

    This is starting to look like there is no good reason for that 3 day mute. Otherwise it would not be such a big problem to tell me what the exact reason was.

    Still no reason given so i am muted without any reason for 3 days. Happy b-day to me :)
    No reason given - no violation done.
    Had no warning in either chat or pm so as far as i know i am innocent of whatever i am accused of.

    Annie, I am peppermint on S56. Alice/Lavender had insisted that you are an alt of mine and I am told she had us investigated to verify via IP address. Would have loved to have been there to see her reaction when she saw that we are different people. Nice to finally meet you!

    Mrs. Noob, I was also 3 day muted on my toon in S64 and not offered a reason. I am fed up with the state of the game at this point. It more like jain and the moderators are all wardens.

    If you give people a penalty you need to tell them what they get a penalty for. In this case they REFUSE to give a reason so the only result here left is that the penalty should not have been given as there is no good reason.

    Hi Malu Celum here. I am not in the same guild as noobygirl, but i know her a long time and i cannot understand the mute. Same with my other friend in game WanLesk.

    At least if you get muted you need to be informed of the reason why.

    And then I insist that you need to be presented with proof of the atrocity you committed. If that cannot be produced, the one who reported this should be under investigation.

    Making accusations that are not founded on proof and dealing out punishment on that base is not right and cannot be justified by any rule in my opinion.

    Copied from closed other thread as a quote from Mad Moxxi "If you have any questions about muting, please, write to our customer service specialist. You can't be muted without any screenshots of your violations, however if you broke the rules you will be muted."

    How about telling people the reason they get muted for? No notifications nothing and muted people can still type and press enter so don't see any signs of being muted/banned.
    We have to show DB staff screenshots to report either players or mods according to another post yet DB staff is to be believed on their pretty blue eyes?

    If we claim anything that went missing, like the STILL MISSING balens from balen fund we have to prove with a screenshot it is us but you don't have to prove that anyone that got muted/banned actually made the violation they are accused of?

    I never had an answer. My ban being done in the meantime and still sayin it was for no good reason. I sent ticket, i gave ticket nr when asked for and zero answer after that. Sorry buts thats not customer friendly so this customer is not friendly anymore untill getting answers and lost balens.

    Got my missing balens back (without compensation) so thats a start. Still want the answer to the exact reason of my 3 day mute.

    I, Peppermint in S56 have been muted and no idea why. I have no way to submit a ticket. This feature through portal is not working for my 101 account. I would like to have been told I was randomly being muted as I would have not spend a dime further had I known.
