    2) Choose the game that you need help with:

    3)Read the information that is available in the game section. Perhaps you will find the answer you are looking for:

    4)If you did not find what you were looking for and want to submit a ticket to the specialist, then you need to select the "no" option as the answer to the question "Was this information helpful?" in any article section:

    5)After that, fill in the application form in the technical support ticket as detailed as possible:

    6) Click "Send" and wait for the response from the support specialist. Please note that the response of the specialist may take up to three business days.
