How to contact support

Small guide how to make a ticket if you have an issue when you feel you need to report something or find a bug etc.
Step by step:


Up from your game screen you see in blue line a support, click that:




OR if you play true FB, it look like this:






It open following screen to you, there you choose Dragon Glory and click that:







In that page, bottom of right corner you see Submit the ticket, click that:





And then you have My ticket what you fill and send to support:




Add screen in here:



It open to your own computer select window where you choose a file / pic / screen to add to the ticket:



After you have added file, it should look like this:




After you send your ticket, you get ticket nro and same ticket nro with answer your ticket has been sent go to your e-mal address what you have use when you have make a ticket.

You can communicate with support either true game message or from your e-mail:



How to check my ticket nro and answer/answer's what I got from support?

You can always check your ticket nro and also have you got any answer to your ticket in this way:

Up blue line in your game screen, you see your name with your pic (if you have choose some pic to your account), right side of your pic is small arrow, you have two option: account and log out, click account:

You got a window to your account info, open message and you see ticket/tickets what you have send to support and can open it and check your ticket
