[Guide] How to report a bug

    Our dearest players.

    When reporting anything, please stick to the template below - simply copy and paste it, and change all parameters according to your individual issue.

    Why is this necessary?
    As you can imagine, both our Moderator and the Development Team rely on precise descriptions of issues. Without that, it may not be possible to identify it, or it may take much more time and communication than necessary. This is why we will establish a standardized template containing all the information necessary. In the end, everybody benefits.
    • The Community benefits, because all information will be available in the first post, rather than the QA Moderators having to ask for more information;
    • Bugs can be easily reproduced and forwarded to the Development Team;
    • The Development Team benefits, because they can then easily identify and resolve the issue faster, resulting in faster bug fixes.

    Guide to reporting issues on the forum

    Thread name - the summary of your issue

    Post a thread in this (Help and Support) section, then won't be necessary to search it through whole forum and it means that your thread will be lost without noticing of responsible people. Click here to create thread

    In the title, please use a short (but accurate) description of the problem.
    Good example: AFK Card stays stuck during Guild Battle
    - to the point, all necessary information has been included, no unnecessary information has been added
    Bad example: omg it doesn't work!!!?
    - bad wording, it is not clear what unit exactly it is referring to
    Bad example: When I go to Guild Battle with AFK card, it is sometimes stuck and I am not able to earn points for my rewards which I need for purchasing items in guild shop.
    - bad wording, much of the information is not important for the issue itself
