Gifts For Topping Up Broken - Need Compensation

    I just bought the 60 dollar package and didn't it did not let me recieve the "Gifts for Topping Up"
    I would like to play this game but i need either the compensation or a full refund until you get it fixed.

    I also need compensation.
    The Buttons are not there to push to receive the reward.

    Oh yea, I also forgot to mention that When i bought the package above, I did not get any Lucky Tokens.

    6. Once you recharge a certain amount, you can collect the gifts from the "Bonuses" Event at the top of the screen. We are unable to do that because ever since the update, the buttons are missing but the event is still going on. Myself (ShockAnAwe) and my wife (War) were both unable to collect from the "Bonus" box, under the tab "Gifts For Topping Up" and also we are not able to collect our Lucky Tokens from the same "Bonuses" Event under the tab "Lucky Tokens"

    I would love to be able to post a screen shot but your website will not let me upload any files.. that is not my problem...i have seen others have the same problem also on several other forum topics and discussions. As a Mod, you are supposed to be informative about all of the games that 101xp offers. I'm not bashing you but as it seems you wanted to be a mod at some point, then you know that investigating bugs is something that comes along with the title. So Can I please get some help with this issue? Thank you and have a nice day. Oh, i was going to try to put in a support ticket, but it seems that system is broken at this moment.
