EXPIRED DISCOUNT COIN

    We are aware of an issue with Discount Coin expiring and thank you all for bringing it to our attention! Going forward, we need all effected players to please send in a ticket to support including the following:

    1- player ID which can be obtained by right clicking your screen and choosing "copy role ID"

    2- a full size screen shot of inventory showing the expired coin.

    Support ticket form can be found by clicking the support tab, choose "flash player" under Technical issues, scroll to the bottom and choose "No" to "was this helpful" question.

    i stopped doing pointless tickets so i guess i wont do any of the events any more then looks like i need to find a new game site

    The tickets are not pointless. They help support pinpoint an issue and also the moderators to check up on said issue for you. :)

    Hi guys! Please read Moxxi's post above! Take a full SS with cursor over the expired coins and send in with role id to support in ticket form.

    Hi Bianca,

    You must take a fullscreen SS of your game with the inventory open to the page of the coins. Send the SSs in to support with a ticket.

    Yeah, I have sent tickets in with the role id's and screen shots. There is no response, they just immediately tag the ticket as Issue Solved with no explanation. Is the issue actually solved or am I basically just getting told to go F myself?

    Any tickets that do not have the correct data or that were sent after a certain time will receive coins for next discount coin event.

    Maybe I'm reading that wrong, but are you saying that if I sent the right data before a certain time I would have gotten the coins this time and that all other requests will be credited next time? And also I sent in 3 tickets for 3 different toons with their id#'s and 2 of them were immediately tagged "Issue Resolved" even though nothing had changed and one of them got tagged with the "Issue is being worked on" with the message attached "Your information has been transferred to experts. We will reply to you soon." Am I to expect any kind of confirmation of compensation for this or should I just trust that they are going to make good on it next time? Thanx for the response.

    They will return the coins that were expired in bag next event so that they may be used in the next coin shop. The devs are the ones to issue the compensation and returned what they had time to while fixing the mall. Send me the ticket ids and I can check the status.

    So, yeah, I still have the same issue. Can anyone tell me if my tickets were actually accepted and being worked on or did they just get trashed?

    The coins for all tickets sent in AFTER the 31st will get the coins at the next event as it has previously been stated by Xen. There is no point them sending anything out before then, because they will expire again. Thank you for your patience.

    Also can you please ensure you have given them the rold id for your toons.

    Yes, I understand that. However, as I stated, I sent in 3 tickets for 3 separate toons. They had roleids, they had screenshots. I got no response to 2 of the tickets. They were just automatically marked "Issue Resolved." The 3rd one I got a response saying "Your information has been transferred to experts. We will reply to you soon." It was never replied to after that and is marked as "Issue is being worked on." Is there any way to check on the status of the tickets to see if they were all actually accepted or if they were ignored? It just seemed weird, because there was no response and they were andled 2 different ways even though I sent them all in at the same time with the exact same amount of info. Thanx for responding.
