DO YOU GUYS EVEN READ THE FORUM ABOUT PLAYER COMPLAINT??? WHY NO RESPONSE ABOUT BUG AFTER SO LONG?
Sorry to hear that there hasn't been a response. Have you tried submitting a ticket about the bug?
Hahahaahahahaha.. that is one of the complaints.. you cant send tickets anymore and tickets dont get answered.
i believe all player had n have submit ticket about bug but none respond, we all have the same bug
And I believe they read. but they are players without any connection to devs, so they most likely know same nothing as you know. Mods aren't employees.
so how to get connected to devs, why the devs are so irresponsible? all we know is the forum mods, dont get me wrong, at some point its really frustrating.
already file a ticket but no response as well
I got a reply saying they have sent the information to those responsible and those ppl will "look into it"... sure... just a matter of time, right?
Been over two months and NO one provides replies, compensation or whatever useful information.
Now maintenance is going on and we got NO notice of it, we just got disconnected and that's it!
STOP CHARGING MONEY UNTIL BUGS, EVENTS AND ISSUES ARE FIXED THEN.

I raised a ticket over a month ago. All I got was "Your information has been transferred to experts. We will reply to you soon."
That was over a month ago. No response after that, even after I asked for an update.
Please, if you don't get an aswer in Support - send your ticket ID.

Wow thanks, I actually got a reply from 101xp support. I am not sure if I should be happy they replied or annoyed about what they replied.
