    This is just unacceptable. Crash several times and hour and at least once per event. Two days now. Support function thru 101XP broken as well. Guess you don't want to fix this broken sorry mess. If you having same issue please vote in poll below to give them some numbers.

    We have notified the tech team, now we are waiting to hear that its all fixed! :(

    The support function is not broken, let me guess you are using IE as your browser?

    same here c1 error and i try other browser the same error .c1 it memory insue from the game .

    I am referring to the support issue. For some reason IE does not support our support platform.

    This problem occurred only two days. and affects all players in s22.

    Please if you experience the C1 error and disconnect screen shot and submit a ticket. This will go a long way in resolving the issue. Thank you very much.

    no. I tried using edge, chrome and IE..none worked. I normally use Edge..but I tried the other two out of desperation. When I click submit ticket it says please wait..and never moves again. *sigh*
