Connection Issues.

    There are about 15 people online on my server so the servers are working the problem is making a stable connection to the servers.
    My advice is try try try and try again until you get lucky enough to get on.
    Feedback from those of us online on S4.
    Most seem to have logged in via 101xp portal on chrome with 2 logging in through facebook portal on chrome and 1 player logged in with firefox.
    I hope this in some way helps and please remember the player mods are not responsible so please lets not make a bad situation worse.

    Seeing lots of people appearing on S4 so looks like all is well with the world again and I know this is frustrating but we expected there to be issues after the merger so its not like we did not expect this.
    So lets not blame the player mods and try to not rant and swear at people in game as that will just cause tension and people to fall out.

    I checked on server and I seem to be missing well everything I have done since the reset this morning, I only noticed as I have dropped from 2.8 to 2.3 billion gold and seem to be missing a bit of BR from runes and gems I had upgraded.
    There is another player missing balens too so there may be things missing please ensure you check and ticket any missing items.

    The team at 101XP is very apologetic for the ongoing connection issues and have put together a compensation for all players. The compensation can be found in you in-game mail. They are continuing to work towards a more permanent solution to this problem.     From S26 here, can't get back in ater being kicked out by the server

    Again there is a connection issue... Past 45 minutes trying to connect and it is impossible... Tried google chrome and explorer...This is a joke for that amount what we paying we can`t get a stable connection...So sad guys... Wake up to complete dailies before work and it is impossible ...If we still can`t connect for few more hours I`m expecting compensation bundle again...Thank you for messing my mood for the rest of the day and losing 1 hour of sleep...Instead of spending more and more thinking to quit this game because getting worst and worst and they want more and more of our money but where is the game quality...? Bugs , connection issues and so on...

    Marvin Green S22 Gremlin got disconnected at 12:14am Eastern US time. Cant get back in. get as far as server selection after selecting get the little circle loading thingy but it never goes past zero percent. Tried Face Book, Tried Face Book Arcade, and 101xp.com same thing happens on all sites.

    Server's back up. Just not sure if the connection's already stable.

    EDIT:
    So yeah, we got back in but there's a pretty bad lag and I just got disconnected again.

    S26, around 1:15 server time (EST)

    Cannot get in the game been trying for an hour now "Sorry you have lost connection to the server " message keeps popping up.

    Managed to get in game but could do nothing and back to the message above

    Were you able to play the game before with the same circumstances?
    If you're using Google Chrome, Adobe Flashplayer must've been disabled in your plugins

    S54, disconnections, lag, yada yada for an hour. The servers were a lot more stable and less laggy before the merges.
