    Viper S72 with the server issues after the maint, the server would not open for almost 2 days. I play all day, lost income from every event and lost a day of golden keys from the investment plan. I dont have screen shots as i could not get in, but if i could have i wouldnt need them. Thank you

    Lady Nitro server 28 , and St0rm server28 i did recharge on both names to catch them up then that night the update hit i lost it all it all got reset

    S17 Emerald Fever, at reset on Tuesday of last week lost 7th day collect of 20k, paid 2k topaz...Reset happens and everything is broken and lost it all. Several complaints and threads posted on this repeatedly.

    S63 Batey not sure whats going on have a ticket in place did get for free event and on 7th day did receive reward for 10k topaz's . then i had 10 k bound topaz in mail clicked on them and they dissappear and so did message

    You do realize it has been almost 3 weeks that has passed since many like myself lost out on their easy income. You need to compensate and do it sooner than later. Do you realize how many people have left and feel you are cheating them? I am becoming one of them. Stop with the promises and do by your actions. Actions are much stronger than words any day. Make it right for ALL!

    still waiting for compensation i may be following the rest that are leaving just send the fucking topaz already we paid for them and it kinda feels like were being robbed get your shit together no mods anywhere to be found you guys just keep closing tickets like were gonna forget about it

    I recharged and started a Easy Income, just before the bug with payment.
    Now payment is fixed, i got the topaz, but it counted towards today. It keeps asking me to compensate for yesterday.
    So i tried that and recharged again today, but it still says "Not Completed".

    We need some more information please. How much topaz did you spend and how much topaz should you have received in the end?

    Hi, I made the small one replenish 100 topaz and i did not receive the 2000 topaz.

    To check when you start to do that event go to check your recharge.
    Click your log avatar right up corner on blue line at game.
    Choose balance and scroll down where you can see your recharge days, how much etc...
    From there you can also take screen if you need to contact support
