have an exclamation mark all day and cant collect

so, did they respond and give an answer?

We (s1) have mount event and it's same. Forwarded already.

it was mount last night when reset happen...
i leveled up my mount, collect 4 chests in mail,,,,,,,,
logged back in,,,,
then it was CODEX again
Now, i cant collect the CAPACITY rewards for mount....
everytime i refresh bag, it tells me DESTROY OUTDATED ITEMS...
HOPE THEY GO THRU OUR ACCOUNT ACTION LOGS AND REIMBURSE,,,,ive been saving them mount gems for event~ lmao!!!
Yes that is a known bug and it has been reported.
At 00:00 if you don't refresh, it will transition okay, but if you refresh during the time 00:00 to 1:00, when you come back it will all revert back to gems from the day before.. Then you need to refresh again after 1 am-ish to get the events back on track. I will mention this again

It will be mount yes, because codex was yesterday. Can you send a ticket to support, showing the mount gems you cant use, and give me the ticket ID number please
All the event issues have been reported. It was the problem with data center, we started the maint to fix the events. The compensation must be sent.
And, please, if you faced the problem write the tickets and send your ticket ID if you don't get the answer.
