Important Chat Rules

Dragon-tamers! To make in-game chatting comfortable for everyone please follow these rules.

Chat Rules​

These Rules complement the current End User License Agreement and all players should conform to them without exceptions. General rules are:

• Respect your chat mate;
  
  
• Be kind and positive;
  
  
• Be polite. Chat without swearing or insults;
  
  
• Any discriminatory conversations are forbidden;
  
  
• No advertisements, trade offers, destructive propaganda and disinformation are allowed;
  
  
• Insults against Administration and Moderators are strictly forbidden.

we are strictly against:

• Profanity and any cases of obscene language. Veiled profanity, such as acronyms, words that consist mostly of special symbols etc. Any words that can be considered obscene will be deleted;

• Any types of messages, vulgar or rude in nature;

• Any form of insult towards the administration, moderators, the game itself or the company as well any forum member. Players, not capable of communicating without resorting to insults will not be able to communicate

Administration reserve the right to amend these Rules at any moment without preliminary notice. Amendments to these Rules become effective immediately.

Penalties for violations​

The penalties duration depends on the type of violation and its severity and decided by a moderator with Administration supervision.

Attention! Guild and private chats are subject to moderation only in case of spam, advertisements and account sale/purchase offers only!

Temporary in-game chat block (mute) reasons:

1. Swearing (including covert swearing) — 3 days or more. Repeated violation — 7 days or more;
   
   
2. Insults of other players, rudeness, boorishness — 2 days or more. Repeated violation — 7 days or more;
   
   
3. Insulting comments on the project / calls for leaving the game — 3 days or more. Repeated violation — 7 days or more;
   
   
4. Threats and reprisals — 7 days or more. Repeated violation — 30 days or more;
   
   
5. Messages containing law violations or calls for breaking the law — 30 days or more;
   
   
6. Advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred, hate speech — 7 days or more. Repeated violation — 30 days or more;
   
   
7. Libel, defamation, dissemination of false information — 3 days or more. Repeated violation — 30 days or more;
   
   
8. Discussion of actions of Moderators\Administration in the in-game chat — 7 days or more. Repeated violation — 30 days or more;
   
   
9. Insults of Moderators\Administration — 14 days or more. Repeated violation — 30 days or more. Repeated violation for the 3rd time — 3-days account block.

In case of systematic rule violations the duration of in-game chat block can be longer than 30 days.


Temporary account block (ban) — in case of multiple players’ reports:

• Extortion and mendicancy — 3 days or more;
  
  
• Insults and threats — 3 days or more. Repeated violation — 7 days or more;
  
  
• Slander and fraud — 7 days or more;
  
  
• Provocation and break rules calls — 3 days or more. Repeated violation — 7 days or more.

Permanent account block (ban):

• Spam;
  
  
• Advertisement;
  
  
• Account sale (any sale allegation is equal to a sale).

If you witness chat rules violations please submit a report in the special thread.

If you have any complaints on a moderator just send a private message to the Community Manager and don’t forget to support with proofs of misconduct.
