this is the reply we are getting for a while now we would like an update on when this issues are beeing fixed there are a lot of people paying for this game REAL money and i would like to add some other bugs to the list 1) awakening gifts that we are supost to get in mail never come 2)translation on the guild page when you accept members dont work 3)guild boss cant summon guild boss in the apointed time 4)game time is not the same as event time it would be nice to see that you devs are working on it so a mail with an update about the issues would be verry welcome
Some bugfixes should come with next mainetance... probably next week. I hope. Unfortunately I don't have any info about fixes included :/ Sorry.
and how are you guys gonna compensate your paying players who are now paying for a product that is not working properly? @Bejszi no disrespect intended but this is what we been hearing for a while now no one is responding to ticketes so i think you guys should look in to this we are paying players we deserve to see some actions

Is that normal, on server 8 we have appearance instance event for 3 day ,while server 4 doesnt show that event ?
I will re-ask the same question until someone will provide answer to it: why is it that this game has NO support yet? Both paying and non-paying players are left to themselves with issues not being resolved! This is crazy.
Fixing bugs costs them money, they are not interested in the game communities concerns. Honest game servers post what is in the updates, 101ep don`t because the updates don`t include any bug fixes at all and are always about boosting the money grab. This product is over priced, probably the most expensive game to play in the world by a long shot. Surely NA have a consumer affairs, force them to do the right thing. Do the gaming community a favour.
What did this update actully bring to us? -Imperial Garden still bugged...reported like a month ago -Event times are wrong...reported like a 2 weeks ago for the first time -Star / Stuff which were added as options over a month ago, still dont work -There are still event pop ups coming up when they arent running -Endless Lands is still no where to found -Scrambled Eggs is just.....pointless... -Treasure Tree is the only thing slightly even good, but its waaay to costly The 2 last things are the only new stuff i have encountered so far (i dont count the recharge event sinse it can be hardly called new thing)
event time are wrong !!!!!! was reported from the begin this game. before christmas they change schwimming, worldboss, boundless sea and battle event to the correct time. that's all that has ever been fixed. at least what I could see here. but today its all back to wrong time again incomparability incomparable
for this stuff you need to have "perfect " equipment whether that means 10 stars or completed upgrades with fire gold gems im not sure.
