Everyone having issues, you MUST submit a ticket, right now I have a response asking for my Player ID, Server and Char name.
Yeah always send tickets. Like Perturbed, I have previous tickets for items that i was not able to use due to either - i was not able to log due to server issues and/or expired in the first place. My tickets were merge to my oldest one, which was from 4/29 (yeay me)
+ submitting tickets lets them know how widespread the issue is.
i gave them the ID and they kept saying is not my ID and kept asking for my ID.. lol dunno what to say
I received replacement items today. My ticket is resolved.
which ID do you have you have to give them? they keep asking me for my player ID and social ID and said is in a small whitebox.

It is on the upper right side of the UI... it generally just shows the word ID.. you click on it and it expands.
That is what i gave them, when they asked. And my issue was resolved.
